My first ever smoothie bowl was in Colorado! I woke up the other day thinking about it and decided to make one for myself. I decided to use what I had on hand and let me tell you, it was so delicious I had to share! I love how smoothie bowls can be treated like a nutritious meal, snack or just an amazing way to start your day. I hope you enjoy it!
How to Make The Sunshine Smoothie Bowl
Yield: 2 servings Prep Time: 10 min Total Time: 10 mins
2 ripe mangoes, diced (frozen works too!) 1 cup (250mL) water 1 cup (250mL) coconut water 1 cup arugula 1 cup spinach 1 mandarin orange, segments 1 small avocado, sliced
Gluten-free granola Unsweetened shredded coconut Chia seeds Hemp seeds Mandarin oranges Mango (not seen in the picture)
Combine the mango, mandarin orange, coconut water, water, arugula, spinach, and avocado ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on high until smooth.
